I purchased this MB when I was building a new computer system. I wore a static strap so there would be no chance of zapping the board. Put it all together but I was unable to load Windows 10. Finally got discouraged and took the computer to the Geek Squad. They had it about 20 minutes and were having the same problem I was. They finally determined that the. MB was bad. I returned it and bought an ASUS MB. A difference of night and day. Everything worked great on the new MB. Thank you goes out to the Geek Squad and Best Buy for the diagnosis and easy return of the bad MB.

It was not the right component for upgrading my computer it advertised more ram slots but was not compatible with the current ram I had once I opened it so I returned it.

Purchased this for my first build and it took a lot of work to configure. BIOS needs updates. Won’t give me video at all and figured out it’s picky on its memory. Finally got it up and running and had to figure out why the CPU and the Memory wasn’t hitting it’s full potential. Took my computer to a friends house to trouble shoot the FPS and find out the LAN doesn’t get the speed it needs to. Try uninstalling and reinstalling drivers still slow. Don’t want to put a fresh install on the computer, but might have to.

motherboard ended up breaking after a few months it just stopped working ASUS support was great though. I sent it back and got it back within a few weeks.

After installing this board along with new operating system and all the proper drivers my pc would constantly crash while playing games. I went through the entire troubleshooting process from graphics card to power supply and everything in between and everything points back to the board. After removing this board and re installing my old board my pc works like a champ again. I will never purchase another MSI product again as in my experience they are nothing but trouble.

I had bought this motherboard a week ago and it was working great. About 3 days in my LAN port stopped working. So I downloaded the driver again on another computer to reinstall on the new one. Then I come to figure my USB ports on my main tower case don't work anymore. Then today it completely shut off on me but everything else was working like the fans, GPU and RAM slots. Looks like it shorted out in the back in a small are. Hopeing to return. Not happy.

my m.2 slot randomly stopped seeing my corsair drive yesterday. So now that my best buy 15 day period is up Ill have to mail it to MSI and be without a computer for 30-45days, FANTASTIC and when I get a board back it will be the same model and now a refurbished board. You would think you'd be safer or having more options than this buying from best buy but after those 15days end you are own your own.

Not sure how good it works. It was damaged when we got it delivered. So never got to try it. Returned it.

typically msi makes great products but this one fell short for me. It was broken from the get go sadly......

My experience with using a i7 9700k with MSI GTX 1660 with a corsair tw750 psu and corsair 3600 16gb ram was not compatible and no matter what I updated would allow the computer to run more than a couple minutes at a time before crash. Stay away from running any 9th gen stuff. MSI needs to do some serious Driver updates.

My boyfriend said the statistics weren't correctly displayed so he bought the wrong one.

Worked great for 4 months then when I turned off psu one time it never came up. I thought it was bad psu, replaced that and still wouldn't even boot at all. Finally got a new mother oard that's not msi and it booted. I didn't do anything bad or different but the mobo just full on died!

DOA, motherboard had already been out, shipped in msi's motherboard box only, box was torn on one side and a great big shipping label smack on the front of the box. totally unprofessional sent it back for refund only and got it.

This specific motherboard never seems to work with my setup. It never reads the cpu and the cpu light always came on no matter which cpu I used (i5 9th gen, i3 8th gen and 9th gen). Just use a different board, not worth it.

Big disappointment when going to start the build. Socket damaged out of the box, thankful that BB returns are easy for this. Replaced with a different motherboard since this was not in stock.

Bought this as a cpu motherboard combo but it didn’t boot up from the getto. Don’t know if it was motherboard or cpu problem. Return and got AMD combo

Looked like I received a refurbished motherboard. It had no plastic wrap or stickers holding the box closed. It didn't work. Took it back. Got a new one. It didn't work either.

Would not consider next time. RMA program required I send the item before receiving an item. Never heard such a thing. Very dissatisfied.

Never worked, tried to return it and the store wouldn't let me do I am in the process of disputing it

Came with broken pins, and didn’t work right, had to order a different motherboard.
