Do not buy MSI

Gray on one side and black on the other. I thought maybe it was just a bad loading screen but it carried over to every application and game I tried. Tech support was awesome but ultimately they said to return it. I will not be getting another MSI.

MSI have the worst products you can buy.

This is the 2nd monitor we have bought in this brand in less than 2 years. Both screens have cracked. The 2nd one cracked when I pushed the power button on the back. The customer service for MSI is horrible, so if you buy this make sure you buy a warranty from Best Buy because MSI will tell you that you are out of luck. They told me their monitors don't break unless someone accidentally breaks them. I'm a grown up, I know how to turn on a monitor, and it shouldn't crack in the front of the screen when I push a button. Absolutely horrible. I will never buy another MSI product again.

MSI Monitor won't work if you want to hang it

Dead pixels - Need for work during Corona

The store staff was great and I was excited to receive my new monitor which was NEEDED to work from home. Now I have this thing all set up and there are dead pixels riddled throughout the screen. I can’t afford the time to return this and wait for another to be sent to my house. Stuck with an expensive monitor that’s lacking in quality from the minute I plugged it in.

Quality over quantity

I had the warranty which saved me but honestly it’s a waste, monitors shouldn’t be able to just break in that small of a time period.

3 or 4 dead pixels

Takes me an hour to drive to BB and back home so I am just going to return it. I know they would replace this one for me but it would have to be shipped again and I would have to drive there again and wait to pick the new one up. Wish I could just live with it but I can't.
