Over all good picture quality. Standard modes are a bit odd and several leave a green halo around everything on screen either in a game or just normal windows 10. There’s so much MSI could have done better. It seems like they tried to put everything in and missed the mark on a lot instead of focusing on a few key features and doing them extremely well. If it wasn’t such a hassle to exchange/return I would most definitely do that. How do you have a monitor at this price point without HDR? Half the time it want even allow 165hz refresh and when waking my computer it takes this monitor 5 times longer to wake up vs. my other two monitors? Why? There’s nothing special about this one that it needs 2 plus minutes to wake up and see a signal. I had already purchase the monitor I really wanted as an open box that ended up missing the power supply and all the accessories. Best Buy did nothing for me there but take it back, when all I wanted was a power supply. Was forced to spend MORE MONEY and more than I wanted to to get this monitor that’s missing some of the important features I wanted. In other words I’ve wasted too much time already dealing with them that a hassle over a return for this monitor just seems like it’s not worth my time. Pretty fed up overall with the whole buying experience. Mind you this comes from a former Best Buy employee, department lead, etc.

Also own the previous version of this monitor that is 144hz refresh (vs the 165 this runs at). This version doesn't have the same depth of color - everything looks somewhat washed out/faded. Overall, works fine, however I was expecting an upgraded version of the prior model but instead, apart from faster refresh, it's just "fine".

Worked great for about two days, then screen would just go black any time I loaded a game. Windows started reverting the driver to Generic Display with every reboot. If I streamed full screen video the screen would blank out on and off. MSi tech support insisted everything was my fault. But when we finally determined it needed RMA, they said it would be 3-4 weeks turn around.

Decent. Looks good plays good, I game hard and fast so I don’t want any tear or blur or a faded melt look. Sadly, I got those with this. At highest settings and frames, still didn’t feel smooth and crisp. Bought an asus vg278qr does way better, gg

For the price i did expect more. The fps is pretty high. But for this price i expected it to be 4k as well. Returned.but easily put together

Purchased four year warranty on monitor broke within a year Best Buy was unable to get a replacement so I had to pay more money for a replacement and more money than original warranty

Monitor is nice but when I take it out of sleep mode, it gives a gray screen sometimes and I have to take out and replug in HDMI to make the good screen show again.

It was a pretty good 144hz was not 1ms though it was 6ms at he end it stopped working just wouldn’t turn on so it was good aside the glitches

It was a great monitor but graphics we’re horrible but it’s great for its build but what can you expect out of any monitors these days.

Terrible blacks. So bad in fact, stop using after a couple months.

It’s pretty good but I suggest adding like 60 dollars more and getting a 240hz moniter

box came in a terrible condition but the product was still usable

I bought it, looked on the box and it states that it is a 3000:1 contrast ratio. I knew the 1 million to one was pretty far-fetched but still you should get The specifications on the product you were advertising correctly.
