The monitor itself is great in size and the curve is just right. It looks amazing and the refresh rate is excellent. The settings are easy to adjust and easy to get to not like other monitors. Great for gaming, working on projects for your job, streaming and watching movies, videos and more! I definitely recommend this amazing monitor if you’re looking for a high quality monitor.

I bought this monitor because my 12 year old cracked my old Samsung curved 27 inch as he was changing the hdmi so he can play his Xbox. I was very annoyed to spend 300 during these times. After using the monitor I learned to love it. Awesome monitor. Great refresh rate of 165. Super vivid colors. Wouldn't trade it now for anything!

The first thing I should have known, was not to buy a curved monitor. I remember back in the day when everyone used CRT monitors, and when you upgraded to a flat panel just looking at the monitor looked strange, like it was anti-curved even though it was straight. Now I'm seeing the opposite, and I probably always will since everything else in my house is square, like my TV and monitor at work. All the websites I go to, all the pictures I view, everything is just not geometrically square anymore. Just my issue, so I'm not knocking a star. I should knock a star for the "Mystic Light" that doesn't change. I've downloaded the Mystic Light 3 software only to find out, doh, it doesn't support monitors. So I downloaded Monitor Mystic Light from MSI's website of the product page. Nothing changes anything in the software. I press the "Restore Default" button and the software crashes. The Off setting doesn't do anything, along with all the other effects. Pressing Static->Select All crashes the software too, and selecting 1 of the 9 boxes that look like it's supposed to turn on individual LEDs crashes too. Don't know what "Light of logo" does because it doesn't work. Basically don't buy this for the lights on the back that you don't see, you can't change them, they're always in rainbow mode. My wall is 2' away and that light definitely isn't bright enough to shine on the wall. Other than that, the monitor works perfectly. I play Doom 2016 with all settings MAX on my Core i7 4th gen with Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB with FreeSync enabled. I enabled the game's onscreen FPS and I average around 140-160 in Vulcan mode using the Displayport. The cool thing about this monitor is that I could probably use the HDMI and get 165Hz too since it has a v2.0b port, which the standard is capable up to 240Hz, and my GTX 1060 6GB has 2.0b also. Don't listen to anyone who says 1080p on a 27" is too low resolution. I opened Photoshop and put 1 pixel on the screen and can barely see it, it's too small. So 27" gaming @1080p is perfect, especially for many video cards out now. Setting Windows 10 display to 165Hz has a noticeably smooth affect on moving windows. When it was initially at a default 60Hz I noticed ghosting and trailing. But wow, 165Hz in the desktop mode has such an eerie smoothness to movement. The included pictures (front and back) was after about an hour of playing Doom 2016. It appears the lighting source is at the bottom. There's no noticeable light bleed through the bottom either like you'd typically get with IPS. The contrast is very good and the angle of visibility is good too, not much color change at all angles, I was surprised by that. I've seen way worse on many laptops. The menu joystick works perfectly. Now I can navigate through the menu with my eyes closed. So all in all for me the geometry is the worst and then the lack of changing the LED colors on the back (if you're supposed to). But the brightness, contrast, vibrant colors and refresh rate makes me love this monitor. And this is with default settings, I haven't tried any calibration yet.

Bought this monitor as my first one for my new PC a couple years ago. I haven’t had a single issue with it. Great resolution as well as color quality. It’s now my main monitor in my setup. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking!

I love this monitor!! First one ive ever bought and wouldnt change that. 165 hz refresh rate, so many setting s for game adustments or anything. So many different options as well as MSI software. Great but for not as big of price.

Oh boy what can I say MSI never disappoints. Picture is great currently I’m using them for work since I’m at home I use double screens. I can’t wait to test them for online gaming once I build my PC. Thanks again Best Buy!

144 hz is definitely an upgrade for me and i love how everything turned out. If you are trying to improve your gaming experience, I recommend investing. Shipped quick and undamaged also :)

its absolutely incredible, design, the hardware, software, im in love! such a great monitor, but the only thing it doesn't come with audio but its okay doesn't bother me!

Okay so, this monitor has exceeded my expectations. I was playing on my 55” 4k tv and I just felt that I needed something better and smaller. A friend of mine has an MSI monitor and recommended it so I was like why not? I have no experience in picking monitors but I have read up on it seeing as I have a PS5 and wanted to get the most of out a monitor without spending like $300+ for it. Seeing as it wasn’t 4k yada yada, I was expecting a little worse than what I got. I can still play my shooting games at 120fps no problem and the screen is clear. I got what I needed and wanted out of it for just a little over $200 and I’m extremely happy with it. Ofc I’ll upgrade to a better one in the future, but for right now I’m at peace with this purchase.

Don’t listen to the people who say this monitor cannot run well with PS5 or PS4 or even The new Gen Xbox as well, I bought this monitor specifically for my PS5 and I’m honestly impressed. I love the clean sleek design and the way it displays bright and dark colors. It’s amazing tbh, I feel like it’s 4K but I know it isn’t; that’s okay though the 165hz refresh rate makes it feel so much more smooth and clean when I play. I see a lot of detail and more color in everything, it’s literally improved my play in CoD and in Apex legends. I also play single player games and I’m just blown away by the color and brightness, ignore the haters who had bad luck and got a bad tv with a dead pixel or DoA type delivery, I even waited outside for my delivery guy from UPS and he physically handed me the package! 2 day delivery, I also got the geek squad protection just in case you know? Overall impressive monitor for the price! Really happy with it you will be too!!!

Picked up this monitor because I needed a second screen for my MSI laptop. I can say I was not at all disappointed. First off, the monitor and stand were extremely easy to assemble. It does also come with wall mount screws but mine is not wall mounted so I cannot speak to that. The design is super sleek, and the screen looks really good. If you are looking for a solid 1080p display, look no further. The colors and quality are top notch. It is a very premium built monitor and you can feel it the first time you take it out of the box. I also like that the bezels are super thin. Overall, this is a great monitor for the price. MSI definitely knocked it out of the park.

Amazing monitor saving to get me a second one love it

First real gaming monitor for me before upgrading to a 32 in. Very beautiful, had it for a couple of years and decided to give it my nephew after I got a bigger one.

Its very wide and the images are really clear, the 165Hz made it just perfect for gaming or enjoying a movie.

Absolutely love the screen I feel like I can see everything without problem. When I had originally ordered this and received it, the stand was broken. Took it back to Best Buy and they sent me another one right away. The way I have it set up you can’t really see the lights, but none the less, they’re pretty dope.

Excellent purchase for the gamer in my house this has been such a blessing since it’s large with vivid color - I have my tv room space back! It works great with his X-Box One and now he wants a PC to really enjoy all the great features. When I need to use it for work, it’s really useful.

We have 3 of these monitors in our home. I have two hooked up to my gaming pc, and 1 hooked up to my husbands gaming pc. They are excellent monitors and have great picture quality. I’ll be buying more soon!

Awesome curved 27in monitor using it with my MSI Trident 3 and Nintendo Switch. Sure won’t have any issues other consoles at 1080P.

So far it’s been a great monitor, just starting in the PC world but, the graphics look amazing it’s super simple to work
