When device was originally purchased there were a lot of issues and I had to send it in to be repaired twice. It's now been 9+ months with no issues

Trash dont buy

Ran games on low settings still got hot both battary and laptop. Using a cooler did nothing. I9 are not necessary to run high spec games. I7 is perfect traded this in for hp omen 16.

Good performance but overheating issue

But if not given proper air flow the laptop overheates easily. Even the keyboard becomes too hot to touch.
