Daughter loves it but the advertisement is misleading. The ad claimed installed price, but when the salesman put it together the total was$200 more than I expected that almost made me change my mind but it was promised. Please change you advertisement if there are charges advertise them don't say install included if it is not on 95% of vehicles.

I had this installed on my 2014 Tundra. If I use the remote start when the headlights are turned on, a fuse under the hood blows. This fuse is an ignition fuse that when blown won't let the truck even crank to start. As long as the headlights are off, it's a good product

Purchased this along with the Smart Start module to be able to use key plus the IPhone app. Originally picked out a different key fob, but would highly recommend this over the other ones as it has the 2-way communication so you know if the vehicle is actually started if you can't see it from where you are.

Device installed on an abnormally warm day in December (60 degrees) needed to take it back to have the crank time adjusted to accommodate cold weather starts - a little frustrating but after adjustment works 90% of the time. You need a sight line without a wall to make your vehicle start - windows are ok, but no posts or walls

I had problems with electrical glitches and reliability of older car alarm and remote control unit. With the addition of this purchase, I did not have to replace the entire unit. So far this has corrected those issues, a lot cheaper than replacement.

This was a Christmas gift and is the best present I've ever received! I work nights and it gets as cold as 20 below zero. It's nice to know that when I do get out of work, my car will be nice and warm and ready to take me home.

This is a "man thing," and I can only trust that it was an upgrade. Since my Honda was brand new and had only 600 miles on it, I wanted the "best" parts in it. How it works and why it is better is completely unknown to me.

Overall a great product. I would purchase again as a gift. I feel as if I got the best product for the money. Best part is I didn't have to install it, Best Buy took care of everything.

Got the system installed as an override on my Scion Frs. It required 2 kits to by pass the original window settings. However, it's been over a month now and so far no problems with the windows.

It's great to step into your vehicle and have the radio on to your favorite station... If you want to warm up your car and have the heater on, or AC, either way it works great.

I would have liked to get a starter that had an indicator that it started. So far have had not the best luck starting every time. Need to bring back and have installers look at it.

Good product, bad pricing. I didn't worry to much about the price because it included installation and that's where it'll hurt going to other places to get it installed.
