I would recommend that you get the wireless controller as it is much more convenient and comfortable for playing games especially since the controller that comes with Nintendo nes is short.

I bought this for my 6 and 9 yr old boys and they love it. Anytime they play, either myself or their Dad run over to play with them. It’s just like the Nintendo when we were kids!

The game system is fun but cord for the controller is way too short, plus you need to buy an extra for 2 player anyway. This is perfect for that. Totally worth buying!

I love this remote! Wireless, and sit with no cable attached. PLUS it comes with an extension for the remote that came with the system!

No issues booking it up and loading it with batteries. Once connected it responded quickly to key presses and battery life seems strong. Overall I'm very pleased with these controllers over the one that came with it

This is a great controller for the NES Classic. Response time is good and haven't had any issues after a couple months of use.

The controller works great and is very responsive. It allows you to operate without the short cord supplied with the system.

Great signal, if you take turns no cords getting tangled up or people having to shuffle around, just pass the controller.
