    I had recently bought a new computer from Best Buy. Unexpectedly I ended up in the hospital and never got to set my computer up until after the fifteen day return policy expired. Upon setting up my computer, we found out it had major hardware corruption issues. Not knowing what to do, I asked Best Buy for advice. The manager, Collin not only took care of the problem, but I got some money back since the computer was now on sale. He signed me up for the Plus plan which now gave me more time to see if any more problems arose with my NEW computer that he had shipped to me the same day! On a Sunday! I was so overwhelmed by his kindness, I cried. In a crazy world, this young man was tops!! Top rating for his service and his human kindness !! And now I am getting a 25.00 reward toward purchases. I have this plan for a year and will never go without it again!

    Picked up 2 of these at purchase to replace a pair of 24 LGs. I'll admit, I didn't realize they were 240 Hz monitors until after purchase. Kinda threw me, but they're easily clocked to anything below without issue. Running on both linux and win platforms with a 7900XT, I push outs from DP but scale down to HDMI at the sending side. I'm not the most fickle on monitors and the wonky cabling might be quality degrading, but I don't like being jerked around. In this case, I don't feel jerked around. I think Best Buy did me a solid, so... review time!

    I returned and asked for a second open box replacement but the clerk got me a new one instead. I asked for lens protector the clerk asked would you like us to put it on for you. Not thinking I was going to get charged I said okay. I could have easily done it myself. This is a day before my one month travels.

    Excellent Experience at Best Buy! I had an amazing experience shopping at Best Buy! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable — they answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect product. The checkout process was smooth, and the item was well-packaged and ready on time. I really appreciate the quick delivery and great customer service. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box! Definitely a 5-star experience — I’ll be shopping here again soon!

    The membership was relatively affordable, and it helped me feel more relaxed about an extended period to return items - epecially electronic items such as the laptop I had purchased. The membership was effective immediately, and it included my laptop purchase on the same day at the same time. There are other perks that I was told come with this membership. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of those deals in the future.

    I recently purchased an HP All in One computer. The sales assistant mentioned the The Buy Plus membership. I was very interested in the price match for 60 days. Especially since Black Friday was coming up. The price on my purchase went down another $50.00. I called Best Buy and was given the $50.00 credit to my credit card. No problem.

    I purchased a Sony television 62 days ago and today was denied the Black Friday sale price ($198.01 reduction) because I was 2 days late. Has anyone received any allowance on the 60 day rule?

    To be honest, my Best Buy Plus membership paid for itself. I bought a laptop for about $1,600, and because of the membership I was able to price-match it for $500 less. One of the biggest perks is the 60-day price-match window instead of the standard 15 days. Just with that one price match, the membership more than covered its cost.

    So far it has been nice, but I also am annoyed that I had to pay a fee to receive the best price available with free returns. I feel swindled. This is a service that used to be expected with loyalty to purchasing from companies that pledge to take care of their customers. Now these memberships are just telling their customers that they’ll only seemingly make a bad situation right IF and only if you pay the $50 membership. It’s just a money grab. I won’t be paying for this after this year. I only signed up for it because i believe the profit would decrease in price within 60 days of purchase. This used to be a given with good quality customer service, now you have to buy your way into a club, so it’s only for those who have the extra funds sitting around to afford it. If you can afford it, then you get no customer service and no backing. That’s a crap message to send to your typical customer who buy one big purchase per year.

    I wanted to purchase a 65 inch Samsung TV. First time I went in had a nice young man explaining the difference between Samsung and LG. I went home and I price checked other places. I went back to Best Buy with the thought that I am purchasing a TV. I had an older sales rep. I told him what I want to purchase and he told me that they did not have that tv. He showed me one for $1299. I stated I don't want that. He at that time said to me take it or live it and "I'm done with you" and he walked away. I was thinking of walk out but a nice men asked me if he could help me as I was walking out. Was very helpful and I always had great help with phones tablets, so I purchased the tv. after my purchase was completed , I asked to see the manager. Told him what occurred with the sales person. He apologized an d said it was good that I told him about that service. The delivery was set up for 1 day after my purchase. I was very surprised that best Buy Buy employs people that really don't want to be there and deal with the public. That is why I gAVE A "3"
