I recently purchased a new LG OLED TV from Best Buy. The salesman was excellent. However, I don't feel that I was given enough infomation about the warranty or how to obtain help with questions about the TV set up or adjustments.

This saved me a decent amount of money when i added it in buying my pc purchase. I got a credit about a week later that paid for a new keyboard for my new computer. The gentleman i dealt with at the store when getting this was great.

When I shop at Best Buy, I appreciate the membership and assistance of the employees for what I'm looking for.

The service I received was excellent for a change. Sale representive was knowledgeable like OLD days. Now you have people working area don't know anything about section they working. I think you put them in Geek squad to save money

I only purchased the membership so I could get the Jitterbug cell phone for my MIL. I couldn't get the sale without being a member. The employee was great to work with, and explained everything. I would recommend only if you are planning to make a big purchase

I wasnt interested when i was first told about the service. I changed my mind when I realized you get more time with the item to see if it's a fit for you. Im a very busy man and have had purchases that didn't work out and i meant to return but id miss the 14 day deadline. I bought a duplicate gift for a friend his pay was postponed an extra week. Having the extended return time allowed me to change the gift with no hassle.

Buying this membership was one of the best things I possibly could have done. I get unlimited Geek Squad access. And when I forget to turn in my return because they only give you 15 days. I get an extra 45 days because of this membership exclamation point My best buy plus membership is great value, Great experience and great customer service! I never thought the membership is this much valuable until I bought a laptop at BEST Buy. The plus and total membership has great benifits like 60 days return and 365 support. Additional features and benefits for the total membership. Please check the BestBuy plus and Total Membership plans before you try to make any high value product . It is great worth!

At the beginning I wasn’t interested in getting it but I decided to try it just for a year. Basically I got the AirPods Max really close to Black Friday and came back a couple days after and they were $30 less so I could get the price matching thanks to the membership.

The associate explained the benefits well and I have found good use of the membership this far. My only criticism is that i earned $100 in reward after making a qualifying purchase and it took way too long for those to be ready.

I purchased a number of items I needed for my home computing. I had been using am old Windows 10 laptop that just could not handle my needs. It was hanging up, running out of memory and was so slow it was frustrating to reboot every half hour. Purchasing a new Windows 11 Lenovo Laptop was a pleasure. My Sales Assistant was knowledgeable as well as attentive as she listened to my explanation of my needs. I have found my purchases to be exactly what I needed and enjoy the time I now spend on my laptop.
