The Best Buy membership fee is too high. And, the limited time frame to use the Rewards Points is too short. They should be like the old Rewards Points where they just accumulated, and you could use them any time.

Haven't had to use yet, but piece of mind having the membership just in case

The memberships are worth buying. They paid for themselves. You get extra protection and some great discounts.

Initially purchased because Plus membership price was covered by the discount sale price i received on an item. Seemed ok, but when I ran into a shipping credit issue I expected an increased level of customer service. This did not happen. I was forced to spend over 2 hours on chat tofinally get a refund on an item that was not delivered. I did not receive the refund, nor any indication of a recognition of the problem for over 2 weeks. I was offered no additional apologies or inconvenience reimbursement, very disappointing.

I would strongly recommend to take membership. Its verty useful and we get lot of benifits and saves huge amount.

Not sure how happy I am about being forced to “buy” something that is basically a repackaging of things that you used to get for FREE as Elite Plus member when you actually spent money at Best Buy every year. But I guess I managed to get back what it costs.

I recently bought a laptop and a phone which costed about $2000 and I recieved 15% in rewards for becoming a plus member and openning bestbuy rewards card. Also, I recieved $117 off on S25 ultra phone as I am a plus memeber.

its not bad if you buy a lot of stuff and need longer window for returns . otherwise makes no sense cuz i dont see many other useful benefits like the old membership .

We don’t buy a lot of electronic devices or other items that Best Buy sells; other than a sporadic large purchase, I buy printer ink and tape for our label maker. We don’t get member prices on those. I don’t remember what other benefits are so that’s on me. I should have looked at that again.
