This helps you save when purchasing some of the items they have. Who doesn’t like to save? But you will want to shop there more often to utilize this.

It pays for itself! It paid with the 100 dollar next spend, it really paid when the price dropped on the TV I bought and I received a 215 dollar credit. Then it saved 50 on the second TV I bought. Nearly 400 in savings within 60 days of signing up.

This is really a great service. You get special discounts and deals catered to your membership which makes the return of your membership cost a value in the end. The return time is extended if there is a change of mind or product not functioning as expected. Plus you waste more money getting each item individually insured! This is a must for techies and non techies buying even one item each season! It’s an investment that makes sense. I’ve saved money with this feature, not lost money, like when I didn’t have this option/feature with others places/stores.

Normally skeptical of membership and extended warranties. However this has paid for itself over the holiday season very quickly. We returned a manufacture defective TV outside a 2 week window effortlessly. Have used it for special pricing on soundbars and feel good about 60 day period to make sure everything works well together. If you are planning on updating theatre or living room entertainment electronics all at once, I would sign up beforehand and use to make your series of purchases easier.

It appears I've saved more almost double the price of the membership, so I consider the membership cost a decent investment.

The manager and assistant manager were very helpful to me in returning a microwave that went bad. They were very understanding of the situation and had my best interest at heart.

I got this membership because an employee told me I would get early access to Pokemon drops and restock. That was not true. Also I have never seen any Pokemon TCG cards in stock because BESTBUY Caters to the scalpers and Bots over their customers with Kids. I see there are a lot of good deals but they’re on things I don’t need or buy. I’m not happy with BESTBUY at all. I don’t care about the membership.

Since I'm not a regular Best Buy shopper, I’m finding that the My Best Buy Plus™ membership hasn’t really paid off for me. The two-day shipping and exclusive discounts are nice, but they don't offer as much value when I’m only occasionally making purchases. I initially thought the perks might encourage me to shop there more, but without a frequent need for tech or appliances, the $49.99 annual fee doesn’t feel justified. While the 60-day return window is useful, I rarely end up using it since I don’t make enough purchases to really take advantage of it. If I were buying big-ticket items or shopping there more often, I could see how the savings might add up. But for occasional shopping, it just doesn’t seem like the membership benefits align with my spending habits at Best Buy.

The return and price-matching policy is great, and I was able to quickly recover the membership by tracking prices at all major vendors post-purchase and then requesting price matches if a drop occurred. I saved a many hundreds of dollars after two TV and audio system purchases.

This membership is a good value for the money, no matter how small the detail I can get my questions answered.
