Great benefits I would recommend and be keeping this for awhile possible forever

Best place in Prescott to shop for appliances and acquire computer service. Service by sraff is EXCELLENT+++++

I'm really happy with our new fridge. It's just the space we needed. The only downfall is when they were installing the handles they scratched our door. Best Buy was responsive and I had an appt for replacement for 2 weeks out. But now it's been pushed back twice and two appts have been cancelled, our part now is not available until potentially end of November when originally it was available. That is a major downfall of having 4 hr windows and waiting around for nothing. Otherwise, we like our fridge,

It’s valuable if you need to use it. And you never know. I bought the wrong microwave, the installer told me. I had to call the store and get another one. They came back to the house and installed the right one. What a mess! But Best Buy was very thorough. Great job!

I purchased this membership along with a headphones brand new. I had to return the headphones was not the right product when I returned it they never returned my membership that I purchased with it. I went to Best Buy another day and asked somebody else at work there. It looked like a supervisor and he gave me a man’s card business card for Best Buy employee to call. I think he was not very helpful. He seemed very stressed and did not explain why I needed a call this guy and he could not issue me a refund at that moment very disappointed in Best Buy service.

Usually don't buy this type of thing because no value to me. Decided to do this when making large purchase, anticipating possibly another one. Three weeks later items I bought went on sale and I received a $530 credit. Membership cost $50 so it was a 1000% return on investment.

Overall, the program is nice and I’ve enjoyed the perks. I originally joined because being a member meant buy 2 get 1 free for video games—I do wish they’d offer that again. But, I’ve still purchased and saved on a few other items as well. If they offer another video game deal, I’ll probably renew, but still undecided otherwise at this point in time.

Easy to use so far. We had a very terrible experience with Best Buy delivery and received a store credit for time lost dealing with the mess. We used the store credit to purchase something we then had to delivery. We were bracing for another bad experience, but the Membership actually worked to make the process go more smoothly. Makes you wonder, though - did I just pay for better customer service which maybe should just be free?

Had an issue with a recent purchase and they came out in a couple days and fixed it with ease, on time and did a great job. So far great first experience!

Excellent customer service, communication. And attention by my sales guy. Besy recommendation he couldve made to me. He was clear and fetailed about the benifits. He wasnt salestly either. Need more sleaa professionals like this!

a week after my purchase, the laptop I purchased was $350 less on sale. I called and was surprised at how easily my account was refunded the money.

Now I could enjoy the membership benefits that will save me money if I purchase from Best Buy. I always have the option to discontinue benefits if no longer needed

I joined My Best Buy Plus in December 2024, and so far it has been a great experience. With 60 days to return, or benefit from Price Match, I have already received a couple discounts on items that I have purchased. I look forward to enjoying the benefits in the future.
