The best time of the year to be a member, thank you!

The extended return window is the best feature. In the first 6 months, I've saved a little more than the yearly cost.

Mediocre overall. Online scheduling of appointments with a store that is 2 1/2 hrs away or talking to someone in customer service on the phone that English isn’t theirs first language is taxing. Although eventually the phone representative did get me an appointment that hadn’t been accepted online. Nothing indicated I was to get a confirmation that my appointment was scheduled and I would receive written confirmation. Not being able to contact the store directly is not reassuring when needing information germane to the location. The in-store representative, though by himself, did go out of his way to get me in and out as quickly as possible(he was already involved with another customer and my appointment was 10 min past being waited on)as I only needed to drop something off for a known repair reason, not some technical issue. Having what appears to be apparent offshore customer service base is really frustrating especially with communication. Not even sure my membership will be able to be used in this case.

Delivery was perfect. On time. Guys were very nice. I would recommend this membership. Oven went on sale a week later and I saved $480 dollars

Even if you don’t shop at BestBuy constantly, it can really save you money with the ability to do returns and price matching within 60 days.

Im glad that i used their best buy card for the appliences i needed. Thankful that im able to support my family and pay slowly with no interest for a whole year! Servixes were great for almost all the appliances, except when buying my laptop. Electronic guy would have lost my sale if it wasnt for my husband being proactive. This employee literally answered in close ended answers. Not such a big help.

Discounts, support, "Best Buy!" Go to the head of the class!

I purchase the subscription because I’m constantly buying stuff for work and stuff for the house. TRUTH IS discounts are not the biggest highlight of this membership, but the random offers they have every month!! That that’s where it pay off.

If you shop a lot at Best Buy and buy a lot of electronics, this product is worth it.

Excellent customer service, my refrigerator was delivered to my home this morning on time. The refrigerator installer was very courteous. After the installation he showed me all the functions and features of the refrigerator. It was a great experience overall from Michael on the sale floor to and all of the installers. Thank you so much you have a great. I will be back to buy the rest of my appliances that I need. You have a great Team.

This is a real value and I am going to enjoy having a peace of mind knowing that my electronics will be taken care of.

the salesman who sold the washer was not real good. The delivery guys were OUTSTANDING!!! The washer is doing a great job!
