I signed up for the membership and it has already paid for itself. The exclusive savings are great, but what I really value is the extended return window and the free shipping. I purchased Bestbuy Plus. I found the price worth it because the savings have succeeded the purchase price. My first purchase was a Samsung refrigerator and with my membership I saved over $100 plus delivery. I have had many apple products fixed or I was given brand new (refurbished) ones to replace it. Overall, it was worth it for my family. My kids were able to use the online chat with geek squad, many times, to get help with their laptops ! Even our pets enjoy Bestbuy!

Every time I go to Best Buy. If I get greeted, and everyone's ready to help me. And I always get the help I need, and the answers I need. I think the santana crew is the best of the best.

The Samsung Bespoke 29 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex Refrigerator looks amazing in white glass and has tons of space. I love the Family Hub+ screen and the internal cameras—they’re actually useful for checking groceries. Cooling performance has been great so far. The only downside is the ice maker, which can be inconsistent at times. Overall, a stylish, modern fridge with lots of smart features.

I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.

The membership was relatively affordable, and it helped me feel more relaxed about an extended period to return items - epecially electronic items such as the laptop I had purchased. The membership was effective immediately, and it included my laptop purchase on the same day at the same time. There are other perks that I was told come with this membership. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of those deals in the future.

I’ve been overall satisfied with my tv, the customer service and support is off the chain’s outstanding! I had what I thought was an air bubble on my tv .. the awesome assistant came over and cleaned what I thought was the air bubble , which turned out to be just dirty. We both left happy and satisfied and both learned something that day

So this membership is good if you are buying multiple electronic devices per year or even making a single large purchase once a year; but the membership will renew automatically and you will forget about it - and they will not remind you.
