    Best membership purchase! The extended 60-day return option is great, we had an issue with a product and were able to return it with no problem. The exclusive pricing is a great bonus we’ve used many times. Overall great value!

    Best Buy replaced a large screen TV that developed a screen problem. No hassle, just prompt, courteous replacement. New TV was delivered and installed by courteous Geek Squad. We are very pleased.

    I went into Best Buy to purchase some rear channel speakers for my surround sound system, after getting all the information from your sales staff he helped me locate the speakers I needed but they were no longer available so he helped me with finding info on some that would work but unfortunately not from BB, so I inquired about a Apple Watch is which he was extremely helpful answering all my questions so I purchased the apple 10 series watch and couldn’t be happier! Plus my membership saved me money!

    I joined the membership when I bought the new TV. The sales person strongly recommended me to join and mentiones about the price match within 60 days. He sold it to me with the value point. During the labor day weekend, I checked the bestbuy ad and the TV that I bought was on sale. I bought the receipt back to the customer service and they honored the new deal because I was a member. If I were you, don't miss the chance to get this membership.

    When I got the new washer, I didn't know how to use it properly. I almost wanted them to take it back. I called and got Valerie on the phone. Then I went back to the store and we saw Jim, who was really great. He told us how to stop the machine, if we wanted to add another Item in, and how to start it up again. I was just concerned about how much water and If I had enough soap in the machine.

    I only got this as there was a promotion to get $40 rewards on something I was buying anyway - Plus level was $50 so I figured it get at least $10 within the year. 60 day returns is nice, though only as the normal 15 day return period is ridiculous. The Member Only sales have been mid so far.

    Good Afternoon, I’m reaching out in hopes of a resolution. I went into Best Buy here in Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 store #509. I went to make a transaction for an item that was above a tag priced at $129.99. The product was Beats Pro 2. When the cashier completed the transaction she said the item was $249.99. I immediately questioned the PRICE. I spoke w/ a manager he gave me an unexpected explanation regarding the price. As a consumer & a Best Buy cardholder who’ve made big purchases and currently have a ZERO balance w/ Best Buy. It’s NOT my problem that the tag should have been REMOVED. I selected that product based off the tag. I feel it should have been an Employee training moment and me as the consumer with a EXCELLENT payment HISTORY, should have been HONORED that displayed tag price for the $129.99. I’ve went through ALL the proper chains of command. And the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. If someone with decision making abilities can respond to this email w/ a resolution I would appreciate that in a timely manner. See attached photo of item & price displayed. I’m almost 100% certain that the tag is no longer DISPLAYED and was REMOVED soon as I departed the store. Please again RESPOND in a timely manner. Thank you in advance regarding this issue.

Despite its size, the frame is designed for easy assembly, and with the help of a friend, we had it securely mounted within a couple of hours.     I purchased a one-year membership and so far this has proven to be very helpful. I am a knowledgeable PC user but moving peripherals from my Windows 10 machine to my new Windows 11 machine was difficult. Microsoft has a big problem and I expect to see massive Windows 11 fixes/changes in the near future. A truly weak OS!
