Even with the yearly cost this program is AWESOME. I purchased a laptop but was able to catch it at $100.00 dollars cheaper with in the 60days of extended time for return or the price being lower than the original purchase price. Thanks Bestbuy!

I've been using My Best Buy Plus™ for a little while now and honestly, it's been totally worth it. The free 2-day shipping is super convenient, and I’ve already saved money with the exclusive member deals. I shop at Best Buy pretty often, so the benefits really add up. If you buy tech or gadgets regularly, it’s definitely a solid upgrade from the free membership!

The Apple TV 4K is insanely efficient—everything loads smoother, feels faster, and pairs perfectly with all my Apple devices. It makes my TCL QM7K look even better with crisp colors and flawless motion. Easily one of the best upgrades I’ve added to my setup.

Membership's full value remains to be seen. I have purchased few items from BestBuy over the past 10 years.

I was advised to purchase the plan by the very competent salesman who sold me the watch and Echo. When the items went on sale, Best Buy was efficient and positive in crediting my account.

I’ve really been enjoying my Best Buy membership! The perks definitely pay off—free shipping, member-only deals, and those early access sales are clutch. It’s saved me a good bit of money on electronics and gadgets I’d be buying anyway. Plus, having an extended return window gives me peace of mind. If you shop there a few times a year, it’s totally worth it.

So far I have only been able to set up an appointment to correct a TV installation. Used the chat line (prefer phone) to get a date for service. I can't really determine satisfaction with the "membership" until I see if the problem gets fixed. The individual on the chat line was helpful in setting up the appointment. I don't know if I recommend service yet, but have to answer Y/N to this survey.

I like the plan, get good benefits and perks! But I really got it for Pokémon card shopping online. Zero luck there! So haven’t really purchased much to really found out the good stuff lol auto checkout bots clear the stuff before you can even view the item.

I was so pleased to be approved/qualified to establish a financing plan courtesy of Best Buy. Purchased a wonderful 75" Samsung television and wall mount. Received the credit card and am looking forward to perhaps buying headphones to better enjoy this amazing television. Membership got me free delivery on a new TV and added peace of mind for any tech issues with said TV. However-- for an annual membership price I would expect a year of membership. When I called in to cancel it so it wouldn't renew 10 months from now (once I've forgotten it), I was told the membership (and related perks) would be canceled immediately. I had the membership fee waived as part of some campaign, so it's no skin off my back, but if I had paid the sticker price I would be much more annoyed. Cancellation process needs improvement. Not sure I'll purchase again. 4 stars

This was a good investment. I got my money back from it just 3 weeks after a computer purchase as the price of the computer went on sale, and went down more than $50. I still have the rest of the year to take advantage of other benefits!

I’ve had the My Best Buy Plus membership for a while now, and it has absolutely paid for itself, especially when buying larger appliances. The member-exclusive pricing, free 2-day shipping, and extended return window are incredibly helpful, but where it really shines is the extra savings on big-ticket items. I recently needed to replace a couple major appliances in my kitchen, and saved a significant amount just by being a Plus member. Combine that with the added peace of mind from member perks like early access to sales, and it’s honestly a no-brainer if you shop at Best Buy more than once or twice a year. Highly recommend!

Reading the perks of this program, I thought about the ROI, but knowing the price match within 60 days and member's pricing and early shopping, I'd thought I'd give it a try,,it's only been a few days but we will see.

One of the main reasons for the five stars is Bryan, a helpful and very good-natured floor rep at the Dedham branch in Massachusetts. When we come in knowing the category of product we need, but not knowing a brand or model, we can rely on him to guide us to products that have proven effective and durable for us at a much higher rate than earlier before we found him. Then he spends time helping us get the best prices on them that Best Buy can offer, sometimes a complex process. Overall the human factor like this is still crucially important in making us regular customers at a store. There are so many products sold by Best Buy in each product category, and often the particular models recommended by supposedly "objective" consumer rating services like CR and the New York Times' Wirecutter are not among them, that a good in store guide who is honest is essential to guide lay people towards purchasing an item that will be satisfactory, and avoiding high markup "duds". The payoff to the store is possibly accepting the tradeoff of lower markups on immediate sales, but gaining much stronger customer loyalty, and thereby higher returns in the medium and long term through a significantly higher aggregate gross sales amount over the years. Bryan serves Best Buy well in this respect and we greatly appreciate his services, making the Dedham store the first place we go to whenever we need an appliance or office equipment.
