The membership is a real value and worth considering regardless of the frequency of your purchases. Access to the Geek Squad is my favorite value related to the membership.

Can't be happier with my membership. In fact, I've managed to save the cost of the membership only after 2 months of acquiring. No regrets, this was something that I will use throughout it's life and well worth the money spent on the Best Buy Plus membership!!

I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus yearly membership, and it has easily paid for itself. The standout feature for me is the post-purchase price match. Knowing that Best Buy will honor a lower price even after I’ve bought an item gives me total peace of mind. I’ve already saved money this way, and the process was quick and effortless, no hassle at all.

Guess I won't be winning anything. I shouldn't be forced to enter a specific number of characters.

The membership definitely pays for it's self. I am not an avid best buy shopper as they're not close to home, but even so it's paid for itself twice in maybe 3 months. Plus the extended return window (and kind best buy employees) have saved my butt a ton a hassle

So far membership has helped with saving money. Useful info on sales & extended warranties.

Have not had a chance to really use the membership yet since getting it but it did help me with a good price on the new Z Fold 7 that I could not have gotten if I had gone to Verizon(who I have service with).

Just used my Best Buy Plus membership for a price adjustment on my DJI Osmo, and wow… totally worth it. The process was super smooth, and the savings alone made the membership pay for itself. Add in the extended return windows and extra perks, and I’m definitely keeping this membership around. Highly recommend

The app is hot garbage for notifying you of the "exclusive member" deals. Just look at the app store and you'll see the reviews about that. As for value, I got this membership on a deal, so unless you're always spending money at Best Buy, I don't think it's worth it. They should tie this into their credit card to add more value in some way.

Best Buy was very helpful w/my issue, they fixed my phone issue w/o any questions, prior verizon location sold me a phone told me they would download all my prior info loaded on my phone n they lied.. 90% of Icons were not there anymore! Couldn't even use my phone, I'm serious! Sales tech apparently was LAZY! Bott6om line.. Thanks Best Buy once again..Rob

Disappointed that the plus membership doesn’t provide any perks for Pokemon products such as priority during online Pokemon drops. If there were perks for Pokemon drops associated with the plus membership then I would absolutely recommend this membership to friends.

I love my membership, I was able to purchase computer software for a discounted price and my membership allowed me to have my car starter purchased and installed for an excellent cost!!

I’m really happy with my My Best Buy Plus membership! The discounts and exclusive prices make a big difference, especially on electronics and accessories. I love having free shipping, easy returns, and access to Geek Squad support whenever needed. It’s also nice knowing my purchases are protected and I’m earning rewards on top of the savings. Definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy often — it pays for itself quickly!

I'm not an electronics expert by any stretch, so Geek Squad is a perk of value. I haven't needed to use them often, but glad the resource is there. Shopping perks always interest me too, and we have seen the value in having this as a customer at Best Buy.

having Membership is great, I bought HP laptop for non offer price and then again the same model was on offer I got the price match guarantee and got the money back. So greatly appreciate the Best Buy membership plan. And having for a full year for just 50 bucks is a hell of a deal.

This membership is real value. It's a no-sweat way to have your devices checked over and then don't have to worry about how much it's going to cost at the time of pickup. Nice friendly service people.

To be honest, my Best Buy Plus membership paid for itself. I bought a laptop for about $1,600, and because of the membership I was able to price-match it for $500 less. One of the biggest perks is the 60-day price-match window instead of the standard 15 days. Just with that one price match, the membership more than covered its cost.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Best Buy. I bought the drone as a Christmas gift and have not used it yet, but I am excited for nicer weather to experience it. The customer service was wonderful and I had a quick experience.
