I wasn't informed I had purchased a membership until I went to Geek and I was informed. I was told I needed to pay to have my phone information transferred to my my new phone, not a membership.

We always purchase these memberships and then we forget we have them until we go and purchase something else again! Hopefully this time we will remember we have it and take better advantage of it.

Membership has great perks and terrific added value

Every time I enter my North Canton Store, I am alway greeted and assisted dueing my whole experience! Mikey in Home Theater was amazing in helping me pick a nice home entertainment system well within my budget with extra gadgets that up my purchase’s worth! Ive ner had a problem with it and am thankful for the staff at my Best Buy!

We had several major appliances to purchase and the best buy membership had saved us much more than the purchase price of the membership. Very pleased with the time allowed for a price match.

Whenever we purchased something - a TV, a printer, Linksys and more we had a wonderful experience with the men who helped us purchase the equipment and/or installed the equipment.

I live shopping at Best Buy. Its my favorite place to go to buy my electronics. Ive bought my TV 's ,vacuum cleaner & 3 small radio/ cd players. Will continue to shop at Best Buy.

Was ones a best buy member and am looking forward in becoming a member again after I take care of my C.

It’s great to have easy service they pull you right up if you have any problems but the best thing of all you get great discounts on different items. I love that and you will too.

Geek squad was great 3rd party installation was a disaster, no respect didn’t call ahead of time, so they just left and didn’t wait at the home.

This membership has provided a lot of value to date especially around the promotions and offers available only voa the membership. If you consistently shop at Best Buy, def recommend!

Saved me ten dollars on recycling old tvs which was a pleasant surprise.

I bought the Plus membership the same day I got the PS5. The reason why I bought it was for piece of mind, just in case something went wrong with the PS5. The Plus membership would give me several more weeks to return or exchange my product since I was buying it as a holiday gift for the family.

I'm so happy that Best Buy has created a tiered membership with Plus. Oftentimes I like having the benefits of 2 day shipping, discounts, etc, but I didn't want to invest in the extended warranty stuff and other benefits in the Total membership. Whether or not you agree with the ideas of companies charging for benefits they used to give if you spent a enough money there instead... well... that's a different story, but in this future forged by cashflow this is the appropriate tiering for Best Buy to succeed. If you don't need or want the Total membership benefits (warranties, tech support, etc), but do shop frequently at BestBuy then check out Plus.

I bought this membership a little over a month ago, and I've saved money on almost every product I bought from Best Buy since. Although not every item you purchase will have a discount because of this membership, It's worth the money in my opinion, especially since it gives you a 60 Return Policy instead of the normal 2 weeks without the membership.

This membership is a real value I recommend getting it.

I am having extremely bad experience with BestBuy. Though I have cancelled the purchase at the time of delivery I keep getting the statements, fees, etc for more than a month. There is no way to connect to the live person on phone. The email address for customer service is invalid. The person in the store could not want or cannot help. I spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, two visits to the store as well… No luck so far. I really would like to cancel my membership ASAP.

Great customer service. I cant complain. Was easy to make payment . I love it.

This is the Best membership to be in. I love all the awesome benefits offered.
