This membership is a real value I recommend getting it.

I am having extremely bad experience with BestBuy. Though I have cancelled the purchase at the time of delivery I keep getting the statements, fees, etc for more than a month. There is no way to connect to the live person on phone. The email address for customer service is invalid. The person in the store could not want or cannot help. I spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, two visits to the store as well… No luck so far. I really would like to cancel my membership ASAP.

If you're needing the options to return for an extra 30 days, its not bad. Beyond that, I'm not really seeing a purpose. The "exclusive" member deals see to be anything but. Could just be me overlooking something but everything I've seen has been available to everybody. It's pretty much a service they hope you'll forget about in a year and get the auto renewal. For me, at least, its been pretty pointless. Do your research and save yourself the extra money.

Its a pretty decent service. The only peoblem is inhave nonuse for many of the perks and i wish they added more incentives like more discounts on items. The membership isnalready expensive in this inflated economy so perks would be nice. Otherwise it's not bad.

Not really sold on the value of this yet. Maybe I will be later, but I can't see any real value beyond my initial reason for purchasing this. (to extend the return window (scant 15 days) to return (the 2nd) a defective keyboard after a few days' illness prevented me from returning in a timely manner and went past the 15 day window. I look daily to see if the items that I am considering to purchase fall under the "Plus Membership deals"/discount pricing, but alas, the available items seem "limited"? I wish that I could be excited about this purchase, but at this juncture I feel as though the purchase should not have been "necessary" as the only option that allowed me to return a defective keyboard. I APPRECIATE that it was an option, I'm just not happy that it was the only option that management offered me and the membership has not "paid off" as of yet.

Best Buy location on Lake Forest is wonderful. Ricki is a great leader and his team is extremely helpful, knowledgable and always willing to help. That is our go to store for anything we need.

The membership helps you safe on karge purchases. I bought a tablet and ended up saving $30 by getting the $40 membership.

The best buy membership gives me easy access to any and all information I need in regards to my purchase along with the savings on purchases, and that all is important, needed, and appreciated. Bought only for the promo with the Nintendo switch 2 and still waiting dor my rewards. Spend $150 on Nintendo switch 2 items and get a reward card. Almost wasnt worth the time and effort i have put in just to gwt the rewards so far

Best membership I’ve ever bought, I love how the return period goes from 2 weeks for non-members to 2 months for members. On top of that you get all types of discounts and perks that automatically apply at checkout. Best membership ever, a no-brained!!
