I went in and purchased a shark rocket. I waited less than 5 min to be helped and I am very satisfied with the service. I wish that I could remember who the sales person was because I believe in credit where credit is due, however, it was a few weeks ago and I cannot remember. This membership has little value unless you do a lot of shopping at Best Buy. Even then, the value is marginal at best for above-average technology persons e.g. IT People. For the average retail buyer of technology that regularly purchases from BestBuy it's better than not having the membership.

Overall, the membership has a great value, especially the extension of the return window for some purchase. If you buy a lot of stuffs at BestBuy, I Totally recommend.

There's not much to say but "if you are a geek, then get the membership". every service gets better with the existing excellent best buy regular service. but the 60-day return is a cherry on top. thank you for building confidence in the consumer community. GG

If you are a best buy frecuent customer the membership is a no brainer. Great perks and discounts.

The My BestBuy gold membership has a annual fee of $50. At first you may contemplate the fact that you may not want to pay this annually, however the biggest perk from having it is the exclusive discounts!! Year to date (I’ve had it for a month) I have saved an additional $200!! Its not a scam!! At checkout you have to present your membership card on the app or provide your phone number, without it they will charge you the price everyone else pays. I purchase 90% of my tech from Best buy, the way I see it if I am going to purchase from there either way I might as well save extra money !! Anddd use my savings buy more of the things I want hahaha
