This membership is just to put you on paying $50 a year you will only be good if you buy phone every year or change TV every year it might be good for me it's a loss of $50 year for free

Since I don’t use Best Buy too often, purchasing the membership probably was a waste of time and money, but if you do use it, there’s great deals and warrantees for the products.

Price , availability and delivery time can not be beat. Order an IPad and was a two day delivery and received it next day , prices beat the averages and always available, haven’t had to wait more than a day or two at best for ordered items. !!!

Protection plan is nice. The member deals are ok but sometimes there's a good one.

I am very happy with the new credit account. Best Buy has been "bend over backwards" helpful and knowledgeable with any questions. The support staff helped me set up my new iPhone and even helped me with an older out of warranty phone at no charge. They announce many special sales for members, and I get rewards where ever I use my Best Buy credit card.

An overall enjoyable experience to shop at Best Buy the title says it all. The employees are excellent informative and friendly. I really enjoy shopping there and highly recommend.

It was easy to acquire the membership in bestbuy, the associates explained to me the benefits such as promotions, discounts, and rewards. They only asked me for minimal data and I quickly had my membership. I'm happy to be part of the bestbuy family

I havent had the opportunity to use it yet, however the sales tactic to get us to.purchase it was confusing etc. I do think the pricing os good on member items. I would just be cautious and clarify with the sales person. I am sure that they get some sort of spiff for selling it and I always like to help where I can with that. When i had a membership I think a year and a half ago with Best Buy, i was told that everything came with a warranty and no matter where i lived tech issues would be taken care of. My headset had an issue and tech could not help and i was told i had to go to the store to exchange it. I live an hour and a half away. No option to mail it and get a new one etc.

The ability to return upto 60 is the biggest plus for this plus membership. The additional perks of coupons are also useful but wish they had a larger validity time.

Worth the money if you plan on purchasing a lot of stuff
