I had great service up until I ordered a skylight and paid $70 for one day shipping and didn’t get it until a week later. Don’t know if I could get that cost for shipping back.

The membership has potential, but we have yet to use it. Although we have bought a couple of appliances, we have had no issues that might have used the "plus" benefits. It is, however, nice to have peace of mind for 60 days rather than 15.

Please, please, please hold on the current interpretations of 'Department Store.' Nobody does it better than Best Buy. The service is peerless and I feel like part of the teams figuring things out (fear not, Management makes sure nobody's distracted,,,,). All good where learning with tools is the only way it sticks.

I believe there is alot of perks with the membership, One I really liked was a larger return window, not that I return alot but I find things break right out of the window sometimes.. lol.. 2nd I would have to say the shipping, I ordered some cables for my car stereo install and they were at my door the next day. Helps I live in the city too.. So my down side, I do like the membership, but I currently already have Amazon. I do like to support the local best buy a few times a month, I love the hands on experience to me that helps sell it. Anyways, hope this helps, I do think its worth it if you buy from Best Buy the warranty perk alone is worth it.. its just not for me, not right now. Money is to tight currently, but I might pick it up in the future, or next year...

I recently purchased the Best Buy Plus Membership, when I purchased a 77' LG OLED TV, and overall, the benefits it offers are pretty exciting. The free shipping, exclusive offers, and extended return window make it a great value for my family, as we are frequent Best Buy shoppers. However, I ran into some confusion when a purchase I made dropped in price just 24 hours after I left the store. One of the main benefits of the membership is the 60-day price guarantee. When I called Best Buy support, the representative wasn’t fully familiar with the membership details, which made the experience frustrating and time-consuming. I found myself having to explain the program to them—which really shouldn’t be the case. This experience led me to do some online research, and I ended up finding the same product at a much lower price elsewhere (Labor Day Sale)—ultimately saving over $500 from my original purchase. I tried to discuss the situation with the store manager, who was very polite but unwilling to match the price. I strongly recommend that Best Buy invest in better training for their support team so they can confidently assist members and help them take full advantage of the program’s perks. The membership itself is an excellent idea—it just needs stronger support behind it. This time, Best Buy didn’t get my purchase, but I’ll still consider them for future purchases as their in store staff is second to none.

If i could get a refund for this membership i would ask for one. Reps dont explain how it works and they bank on you not activating deals in hope to not award gift certificates. I missed out on a certificate after buying an ipad, store manager said i didnt need to activate anything and the purchase would count. Well its been over a month and still nothing, customer service couldnt help either. Overall disappointed with the membership and will definitely not be renewing.

This is the basic free plan that I have. It works for a basic plan to buy things every now and then from Best Buy. I do see the maximum offers being a better value if you buy more than $500 worth of electronics a quarter from Best Buy. The discounts offered for Plus members are competitive with other offers available like on Target or through Amazon, but if buying a premium plan for $59.99 to save $250 on a home theater system and the accessories and speakers, totally worth it.
