I am in Best Buy often as I am always growing with the times of technology in my home and my business space and I need to keep up with the demands and the changes all the time and I have saved thousands of dollars literally by being a member

Membership is worth it for sure. I love the return policy and the extra perks/deals I get as a member.

Having the membership is rewarding. I was able to get a price match for my refrigerator! It was easy to do. I recommend everyone join.

I stopped in to replace my antiquated iPad since I was unable to install Microsoft 365. The salesperson was great. Not only did I buy a new iPad 11 and the new Microsoft 365 subscription but the Best Buy membership was completely paid for by immediate discounts by my purchaces.

Both employees were knowledgeable in the products they sell! Very helpful and had patience with my husband and I. Best Buy is extremely lucky to have both employees!

Saved $800 on our purchase of a new KitchenAid refrigerator a couple of months ago. I would not have purchased this fridge without that benefit. Certainly worth the membership price.

I spoke with Sandra at 3:28 central on 10/17. Someone find this recording and use it for training. She gave me clear answers and assisted with my request better than any rep I’ve had so far. I was impressed with her help so much I’m giving this purchase a 5 star rating and she’s the ONLY reason why. It’s been a nightmare of poorly trained customer service on every other call.

Companies are trying to find ways to make money. For $50 you get benefits that should honestly be free. Considering they weren't before...fine...2 free day shipping. Fine, some "deals" others can't get. If you shop bestbuy alot, its ok. For every one else, I would just pass on this.

I love the ability to earn more points and larger discounts for members. I had to cancel because in this stage of life we aren’t able to buy on a consistent basis.
