Companies are trying to find ways to make money. For $50 you get benefits that should honestly be free. Considering they weren't before...fine...2 free day shipping. Fine, some "deals" others can't get. If you shop bestbuy alot, its ok. For every one else, I would just pass on this.

I love the ability to earn more points and larger discounts for members. I had to cancel because in this stage of life we aren’t able to buy on a consistent basis.

Membership deal is good but rewards UI is a bit chaotic

Purchased this to save on a dishwasher - Not only did I save money, the KitchenAid dishwasher leaked from day one, no fault to BB - After three warranty visits, BB exchanged the dishwasher because it was within the 60 day extended window for a return / exchange - Other stores have a smaller return window for appliances, so purchasing the Plus membership has paid for itself twice or I would have been stuck with continued warranty service which was becoming frustrating.

Good value. Sales staff friendly, knowledgeable, patient & went out of their way to assist me on day of purchase. Geek Squad equally friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & patient.

I went to buy a tv and salesman tells me about onr and this membership but really wont cost anything because the cost comes off item. I am fine with this and go home and look at bottom of receipt and see this is a reoccuring membership and they will auto charge me yearly. I call and cancel auto and they tell me i have to call next dec and cancel..wth..i say no i want to cancel now and they say i would have to cancel this years membership i paid for too. This is crazy!
