I do like the membership mainly because you could get some good deals on stuff that you normally can’t unless you wait a long time for items to go on sale. Overall, satisfied.

Walked in to buy appliances and was told there is an 18 months no interest card and so I applied. I don't need it but who's going to turn down free money. I had a FICO over 800 and solid financials so buy the stuff and it comes to $5600 and I only get approved to $5000. Not sure why that is the case but I don't know how they run there business so blame me for being ignorant. A few weeks ago by and before I am due to pay or before I even get a card in the mail to start my account I get a notice from credit watch that I have exceeded a credit limit on a card and get almost a 100 point hit on my FICO. I see it was my Best Buy card and called to make a payment over the phone to get it under the limit. I still have a massive hit on my FICO and I was in the middle of buying real estate so now have a huge headache trying to transact that I still haven't been able to resolve 2 weeks later. The minute I use their free money for 18 months is complete I'll close the account and am done with Best Buy.

Great as always. Agent was patient with us seniors and took care of our situation quickly and very courteous.

It is one of the few memberships that pays for itself with 20% off of Geek Squad repairs and AppleCare is included. I also like the security of the 60 day return policy for purchases and so many other perks

Really have enjoyed the membership whenever I have any problems it's just a matter of calling or going into the store. The customer service has really been great.

The BestBuy Plus membership is an okay package to allow people access to sales and tech support for recent purchases through geek squad. However, I feel it is overpriced for what is provided and doesn't really compare to their total tech package. The benefits are relatively dry and weren't worth the cost for me. Even their biggest incentive, the Geek Squad support, wasn't very helpful as they often pushed me to go to the product manufacturers for most of my issues as they stated they couldn't offer the same level of assistance and getting me in for an appointment would take almost a month anyways. I feel it's just better to get a manufacturer warranty or Total Tech unless Best Buy Plus happens to come for free with a purchase during a sale.

The Geek Squad alone is worth it! I would definitely recommend!

I bought TV BECAUSE comcast tele. helper told me my set was dead. When the comcast installer came he found out it was only a a pulled plug. My return experience was quick, cordial and my credit card was promptly credited. I always go to Best Buy even for ink replacements for printer.

The membership is great and is very flexible in its options.
