The value of being able to have 2 pay periods to return an item is amazing. The 60 day return period extension is perfect and it allows me to test items out much longer in terms of duration in time as opposed to 2 weeks. I also recommend best buy total if you have multiple items worthy of product protection.

The deals are usually on stuff I want or need. I wish they would discount HP toner and I would rave about it. I’ve definitely saved money though.

Madison was a sweetheart. She was patient and very kind. She went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. She listened and when she wasnt able she got help and information for me from someone else. I was truly amazed. She waited with me for so long to do a phone switch and some other queries and she wasnt annoyed not even once. I dont really think you are noticed for the best buy plus membership, no special treatment or discounts associated with it for me. What stood out for me was the service from the employee....Madison.

Received a great upgrade on my MacBook even including the cost of the membership and then received a cash back later on. Only wished it had been explained to me earlier in the year when having made a big purchase. Definitely worth reading the offers available and see if the membership could benefit you.
