I dont remember his name, but he was amazing! A black young man, who sounded Jamaican, from Georgia here qorking on his degree. He wS also fluent in speaking Spanish and I thourghly enjoyes our conversations. This eas at the Newport News, VA store on Jefferson .. pretty much across from Patrick Henry Mall. Seriously, you guys have an AMAZING employee

You did not have the phone protective cover from Odder that I needed. Your sales lady did an excellent job in getting me an alternative.

The main thing is that you can get the member deals that pretty much pay for the membership itself after a month of owning it, and you get those deals for at least a year. It is similar to prime where prime members get “X” amount off, Its because of this that worth it in my opinion.

It has its benefits, especially if you buy large appliances free shipping can’t beat that. Also I like the fact you get an additional 30 days to return something.

This membership is a tremendous value. My very first purchase more than paid for itself with the huge discount it gave me. Saves a bunch of money.

I'm not typically a fan of paid memberships for retailers, but I ended up getting this basically free with a TV purchase. Given that, I've already saved the cost of the membership with membership special discounts on specific items. I'm assuming there will be fantastic deals for My Best Buy Plus members around Black Friday!

Been a very pleasant, easy experience. Staff answered all my questions and made common sense recommendations based on my needs. The only place I go for 'tech' stuff !

We went to Best Buy to get a dryer, TV and sound bar. We went to the Los Feliz store and Ariga helped us. She was fantastic in advising us to get the membership and she figured everything out to get us the best deal. A few weeks after this purchase, we needed help with something she was not involved with, but she helped us resolve our issue. We also had a Geek team, lead by Peter in the Pasadena store, install our TV and they were great! Definitely would return to this store if needed any items.

I should have did this a long time ago. You get some very good discounts and also the 2 months you have to return items is what makes this worth it. I actually got this membership while I was buying an iPad and the price of the membership and ipad came out cheaper then what I would have paid if I just bought the iPad so its worth it right there already. So there’s no way it’s to expensive and I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for the really helpful Best Buy employees at the Beaumont Texas store.
