I earned 40 dollars in bestbuy rewards from buying $250 in Nintendo merchandise. I used that and another $10 reward ($50 total) to preorder a game. When the game came out I ended up not wanting the game anymore so I took the unopened game back and returned it within a week of recieving it. I only got refunded the $10 I spent which was fine because the cashier told me that I would recieve the $50 bestbuy bucks credited back to my account later. Fair. Come to find out since it was from a "promotion" that the $50 is now forfeit! I didnt recieve that money as a "gift" i spent hard earned money to earn it. Not only that, were I not told that $10 was all I was getting for returning my $60 game I would have just kept the game! Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars buying stuff from this company (probably 100k) over the last 20 years from appliances, TVs, videogame systems, phones, headphones, computers, ipads, refrigerators, ect... and youre just going to take my $50 credit that I was going to use to buy a different game and say, "sorry". And they were quick to take the $2 back in BB rewards eaned for the purchase. I feel incredibly distespected. Punished. I cannot in good conscience recommend this at all. They lost a long time customer.

We love the Fridge, and Stove. Our Rep at Best Buy was very nice, Delivery Guys were nice, and inspector was nice. We just wish we knew about several hidden fees. We didn't read I guess everything that went with the contract. Glad we had some extra money for the unknow fees. Other than that it was a good experience.

This membership is great to pair with your BestBuy credit card. Good deals and notifications, specials, etc... BestBuy has prices that compete with the best of them. I find myself ordering here more frequently than I usually would with Amazon so the BestBuy plus membership paid for itself within the first two months.

Membership for $50 saved me $325 so becoming member was easy decision. I receive quite a few e-mails for “ special” deals that are a bit annoying. Be nice if you could limit those to just products you might be interested in. Not sure I’ll buy again.

I enjoy that my return window is 60 days long and I get access to better sales and shipping options!

For as much as I shop electronics at BestBuy, it’s absolutely a solid value. I don’t normally do protection plans, but they’re a great value-add with Plus

It's a why not! Savings, benefits, and value as a frequent Best Buy customer. They always take care of me - whether it's my home entertainment system - btw, I love my Sonos setup throughout my house, or computers for my kids, or work computers, or random tech for the house. Best Buy Plus is well worth it if you love Best Buy!

I’m loving the Best Buy Plus membership! I’ve only had it a few months and it’s already paid for itself in savings and certificates. Can’t recommend enough.
