Overall pretty happy with this. The option of extended returns has been very valuable in the past. Best Buy online customer service is not great. Much better experience in retail stores. Be aware, it does auto-renew annually.

Since the Best Buy closed in Rockville, Md., I don’t know the closest & most convenient location near Bethesda, Md.??? It would be handy dandy if you sent email with locations. Some websites do not always have accurate information. Thank you.

I really like the Best Buy Plus plan. It suits me fine. I like the discounts that this membership has as well as the extended 60 day return policy. I am ver satisfied with this plan.

An employee recommended this to me. Made sense to get it as I just missed the return window on an open-box item. Apparently the return window on open-box is only 15 days. This membership extended it to 60 days, and was retroactive as it was 30 days since I purchased a used controller which turned out to be defective.

Built a gaming PC. With the Best Buy Plus Membership, I was able to save more money than it cost to purchase the membership! So, it was like being rewarded with savings and discounts the rest of the year by filling the void in my heart that was left when my wife left me for her manager at Olive Garden with electronics. Your automated system SUCKS. Everything else is fantastic. The people, products and direct service are exemplary. As I said, your system sucks and makes one wonder if it’s worth the hassle. Look at Bank of America for a really good system.
