I never join these memberships. There was value in 1st purchase. Them the 2nd. Really had value when I had a return for a larger drive and had already submitted my receipt to accounting. BB just looked it up on the computer.

The discounts are the best part but you have to be able to justify the cost of the membership. Its like an amazon prime membership but best uy doesn't carry essential items like amazon so its harder to justify the paid memberships from Best Buy.

I didnt know there were this many perks. I wish i wouldve done this a long time ago.

I purchased an open box car stereo a few weeks back. However, a couple days ago I found that a sale price brought the price of a new item below my prior open box price. Within 5 minutes I had a refund of the price difference and saved a bit more money on an already excellent deal. Appreciated how easy the process was. They just looked up the information using my membership info and gave the refund back to my card.

Have not received all of the promised credit card/membership gift certificates. Only received 5% of the promotional 15%. After spending an hour on the phone have now received total of 10% of the promotional 15%. Appears that Best Buy will rip you off in the hopes that you can’t do math
