The support I received was excellent. The support person was right on time and my issue with iphone email was resolved in a very short time period. This was the first time we have taken advantage of our membership.

So far so good. I’m very happy about the deal I got with my lg c4 65 inch. I plan to buy more items while I do have Best Buy plus real soon

Great for anyone that does electronic purchases very often

With one purchase the membership was covered. You ask “how is that?” Because a gift card for $50 to use at Best Buy was provided for a future purchase.

I would recommend this membership to everyone. If you love to find deals and want to make sure you're getting the best price, this is how you do it.

I purchased a tv, speaker system and Bose headphones. All of the prices for those items dropped within a 60 day time frame and I was able to recoup a lot of money back. More than paid for the service. If you are purchasing high ticket items definitely worth the costs.

I really think I will benefit from this 50$ a year membership. With the extended returns, fast shipping and exclusive prices I’m sure it will pay for itself in no time! If you want to up your game and get insurance on most products from Best Buy they have a 180$ yearly plan that will even support AppleCare and more! It’s a really great idea if you’re a tech guy like me.

After years of membership we will not be returning to Best Buy. After purchasing a new MacBook + a docking station, I found that I could not connect 2 additional monitors at once. After spending over 1.5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and 3 additional trips to the store to work with Geek Squad there, their 'experts' finally figured out that I had to convert the 2nd monitor to USB-C for it to work. (despite there being 2 HDMI ports on the docking station that they sold me, had me return once, and insisted had a driver problem that they attempted to correct for HOURS). This, however, wasn't what lost Best Buy our business; they lost our business because after all of this fiasco - I asked them to comp me the cord to convert my 2nd monitor from HDMI to USB-c --- since I had spend a good deal of money in their store and then a lot of hours, lost work time, gasoline, and incorrect 'fixes' from them. Their answer .... 'We are running a business so we can't give away products'. The offered me 20% off. So to save probably $20 dollars... Best Buy & Geek Squad lost customers forever.

Its a good service to have. Much better than the standard rewards plan. I needed a product replaced. I needed one replaced in the past. But with this service. I had a better experience. Since they were on the protection plan. They replaced them with the full purchase amount. Plus allowed ne to upgrade and pay the price difference.

When you buy an appliance and have all the additional charges for parts that are necessary to even use the appliance, this membership should be top of the list. It guarantees far better service when there are problems, including even installation issues.

The Best Buy membership is a great savings to have to purchase products at a lower price and obtain substantial deals on high price items throughout the year.

This makes good since to me because I shop at Best Buy for all my office equipment and products. They have good people that work in the store that makes sense sure you are taken care of.
