Well-worth the price if you buy electronics and such even just a few times a year. I am pleased with the overall value of the membership program.

The membership is good but when I purchased it my warranty was not added to one one of the items I purchased which was disappointing.

The membership is a pretty good value. I especially enjoy the extended return time. A few more perks would make it really good though.

Geek Squad membership is a good value. Thanks for a great support staff in store. Especially Burke in appliances.

Value is ok. I really only got it because it gave me a little bit of a discount, and I was able to do a 24 month payment plan for something I bought. I don't really need geek squad, but if you use all the services, it's worth it. I personally would really only find any value on the $50 one.

I like the experience i had. The product that i want is in the store and every process is smooth. The geek squad are excellent. It was done so quick. They offer best buy cards for easy transaction. My husband will definetely use it again soon. It was totally awesome.

This membership offers good value, with its extended return period providing you with a decent amount of time to evaluate a new piece of equipment, especially a new 4K display purchase.

My first year joining the program, I was able to basically save the cost immediately - making it super easy to join. But the things I buy aren't on special often enough (video games) for me to sustain that kind of savings. So outside that first purchase, the value I've gotten has been minimal. I'm just not in the market often enough for big ticket items for it to truly pay back in the way I'm sure it's intended to. And I shop Best Buy a lot!

So far the benefits have been decent. Discounts on Legos, video games, and movies have all been very nice. However, with the announcement that Best Buy will no longer be carrying physical media - mainly Blu-rays and DVDs - it's hard to overlook that I'm losing value with this membership. And I can only imagine it'll be a matter of time before physical video games are no longer carried, either. (The game section at my local store is already a fraction of what it once was). Having the membership for more frequent purchases such as physical media really does add value. I can buy multiple movies or games and enjoy the benefits of the membership consistently, but I only need to buy an appliance or electronic device maybe every few years. I likely will not renew my membership once it expires.

This membership is a real value, and peace of mind on purchases is an extrinsic value on products, like the excellent service.

Extends return policy which is great like in my case I returned a cell phone I didnt like.

I like that it saves me money and I have the potential to save more, and I get extended warranties. That is a really big deal.

Best deal to extend return window. Totally worth it if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy. Additional bonus is member deals...but I haven't found anything yet that suits me
