Would like to spend $50 to save $100’s and hassle? If so, then this membership is a no brainer.

I'm not an early adopter so I don't constantly update electronics in my home. There aren't too many items that are priced below what other sale prices are at so I've only made back about half of the membership fee in a couple months. Might be worth the cost if there is something specific that you need.

Our purchase of a TV was what you’d expect. . The store salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The first guy from the Geek Squad was excellent. He was knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on a different TV for our space and conditions. He returned our first Tv and ordered the new one. The problem arose with the second installation schedule. The Geek Squad went to our former home in Lawrence, Kansas instead of our current home in KC. I’m not sure how this happened as the TV was delivered the day before to the correct address. The call center was no help and said they couldn’t schedule for later in the day as they were booked. This was extremely disappointing as we had changed our plans that day to have the TV installed. My husband drove to the local Best Buy Store to discuss with the manager on site. He said the best he could do is come a week later. Now is that how a member should be treated when the mistake was on their end? I think not. He did offer a small refund but we’d rather have our TV.

I like the return extended feature where instead of 14 days it is 60 days just incase.

Over-this deal is best if you are purchasing many items through the year at Best. So far, many of the benefits have not been used, and the special deals for members did not apply to anything I have purchased. The jury is still out on this for me.

The value of this membership exceeds the purchase price almost immediately with hundreds of total savings due to the member deals on almost every product.

I really only got the membership for the price protection on an electronic I bought, but have found it is a great benefit over time. Best Buy has some of the fastest shipping of vendor and we have been pleased with everything from electronics to appliances and more.

We are enjoying the Best Buy Plus membership benefits a lot. The reward certificates are real, and we bought two items using the certificates only. No restrictions! The best part is the price match feature within 60 days. We got $300 back from our TV purchase 15 days after the original purchase.

I signed up for Best Buy Plus to get a discount on my new PC, and that was fine. However, the promise of big savings in the future is questionable. I found a microwave oven with a big discount due to my membership, but after checking other stores online, I found the exact same unit at Lowe's for the same price as Best Buy's "big discount." I bought it from Best Buy, just to get the free delivery, but i wasn't impressed by the benefits.

This membership has great opportunity as well as value. When I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus Membership it actually saved me money on that purchase!
