I love the washing machine but I had a bad experience with delivery and advised Best Buy of it. They said they would send me a gift card for the inconvenience but as of Dec 12th I haven’t got it

The membership seems to be relatively useful because there are products that you're able to buy on a discount and the discounted items/rates have proven to make the membership valuable enough for the price paid for it.

I have only made a handful of purchases that benefited from My Best Buy Plus. One purchase even had a little more money off because of the membership. So, with the discounts from the Best Buy Citi Visa Card paired with the BB Plus Membership. I have already covered the subscription price, and I have many more months to purchase other items with quick shipping. Be sure to watch for those special days Best Buy offers member only pricing on a bunch of items.

This membership save me a lot of money. I had several tv to buy it saved me on installation and extended the return policy. One of the tv's I purchased actually went on sale the following month and I was able to take advantage of it.
