Used one time as an opportunity to get the most for my money on purchase of a high end tv and home delivery/setup. Not sure how it will play out over the membership term.

I ordered online and within minutes I could pick product within an hrs. Best Buy customer service was great and fast service.

We were hesitate to add the My Best Buy Plus Membership but our sales associate Baxter let us know the benefits, so we did add on. And HAPPY we did. Price went down on item we purchased, and we were given the credit back on our credit card because of the price protection.

The Geek Sqaud team member informed me if I got this membership they would take extra $ off of open box items. So I immediately signed up!

The perks of the membership is worth it. I love the fact that I can go into store and speak with a person to help in every step if needed.

I bought this just to consider price fluctuations. I bought this PC at I think the lowest price and then price jumped. I'm not sure if I'll get any benefits from this but it's a good to have. Also, the laptop delivery was delayed even if I had the membership and products were missing and not provided later even after I showed them sales chat of the product.

As long as you think you may make a big purchase any time soon, it's worth it to get this membership where you get the 60 days of returns and price matching and also various deals.

Having this Membership has been great for our Family. Just in the last 2 years, we have purchased 3 big TVs & 3 Mac Book Computers.

We bought a new dishwasher. The delivery men were quick and professional. It was long overdue.
