I was given great customer service when i needed to replace an item i bought as a gift. I became a member because of this interaction.

I needed assistance just after purchasing my home office download. My first contact to plus was amazing. The man I spoke with was helpful, fun and uplifting. However, over the next few days it was like I was a little frustrating, Problem finally resolved though.

Matthew helped me out of a tight spot. My laptop had died and needed to be repaired. I was leaving with my choir to Italy and used the laptop as the source of sheet music. Matthew sold me a wonderful Dell laptop that filled the gap. Because of the Best Buy Plus program I was able to return it. Thanks so much for your great help! The membership will be essential to me for many years.

I really enjoy having the membership so far. If you are furnishing a new home or making major upgrades, it makes sense to buy the membership. I was able to get free shipping on a 75 inch TV and with the money I’ve spent so far in just 1 month of having the membership, my rewards dollars have already covered the cost of the membership for one year.

I haven't had to use this yet, but I'm hoping it's worth it.

the membership is value for money. The cost recoups once you make a purchase where the potential saving is $50. This is also gives additional window to return the items and also price match. Definitely would recommend this membership

Some of the deals are really good. If you’re making a large purchase sometimes it’ll basically pay for itself. Longer return window is nice too.

The level of service from Best Buy is truly phenomenal. Sales personnel are knowledgeable and very courteous. Geek Squad is absolutely great whether it is in store or at my home. This is the way customer service should be. Truly grateful for the service I have received over the past 5 years. You are fantastic!

So for so good. The 60 day return policy is a no brainer. Gives you enough time to decide if your item meets your expectations.
