Just received my new membership - I'm truly impressed with all it offers - customer service at Best Buy is amazing and their knowledge of all items and willingness to help is awesome expecially to the technology handicapped person that I am - I loved the eperience and the rewards benefit.

I’ve been a long time BB customer and have purchased several products in the past.

I went to look for a Fridge and found one for a great deal. The gentlemen who helped was great he was helpful and let me know what my options were with this purchase. He didn't sell something I didn't want or need. I will definitely go back and recommend it here to my family & friends.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking at. He explained the features & benefits plus pros and cons of numerous products. My purchase decision was influenced was a good combination of a desired requirements and product value.

Great membership for a good price, and I like that. I have unlimited geek squad.

I would gladly say making this decision was a no brainer I got my kids the stuff they needed to make school work easier and fun also was able to get items I needed in easy payments ,and the best thing is Best Buy are located everywhere just like atms so best decision in my eyes dnt believe me ?try it you will thank me later.

There’s pretty good value saved me some money on a bigger purchase upfront, then has gotten me a few nice discounts and access to reward dollars which can be used on anything, including giftcards. So those combined with the savings on an occasional purchase makes it worth having. Plus extended return windows!

I like peace of mine when I am spending a substantial amount of money on devices fortunately, I’ve never had to personally use the warranty because my devices are always in perfect condition. However, I do know people who have and they have called Best Buy and it has been handled seamlessly.

This membership has saved me money for I don't know how many years. Electronic, Appliances all kinds of things.

Membership isn't always a good thing but here at best buy they make it worth having. And they value their customers options and overall satisfaction, I will recommend their membership and products above any other store.

Membership is a great value, not only for the extra discount it provides in addition to any current sales prices, 60-day return period versus the standard 30 days, and best of all, the peace of mind knowing Geek Squad's tech support is there to help if any problems arise. It doesn't get much better than that.

Membership is a really good value. I like the exclusive discounts for total members. Only recommendation would be to make those deals more easily known about, sometimes they’re hard to find

Too slow on Customer Service and every time I go to Best Buy it’s hard to find salesman. it takes forever to find someone to help you,
