I contact them a few times to help with issues with my TV to use my TV better due to lack of help from. Manufacturer instructions manual. A few questions about old remote. But that they were not much help with that.

Excellent service when we wanted installation for the two TVs we bought for Black Friday sales. The services were discounted with this membership, and the service was great, prompt, and quality. The communication was also excellent

Although within the standard price match period Best Buy matched their reduced price on a Washer/dryer set and I was able to take advantage of 24 month financing. Additionally Best Buy made the price match at a different location and city and it took about 15 minutes.

Membership is worth it! Customer service…customer service representatives are never on the same page! Sometimes very frustrating.
