This membership is a great services with many perks

We probably will never use this, but it was important at the time to sign up

The membership has not provided me with any benefits, except, more spending.

For myself, having the membership has value. As I'm always looking for a good deal on items like appliances to the latest tech. Having the options for extended warranties or Geek Squad support only adds value.

It has been extremely helpful when I was having issues with my iPhone being stuck with the Apple on my screen. I couldn’t get it to do anything. They were able to move my phone past the symbol and I haven’t had an issue since.

I buy the Best Buy Plus membership for the benefits they offer. Things do not last like they did.

Sales person was very helpful during the purchasing process. Delivery and installation was completed in a timely manner. We were concerned that the wall oven might not fit, but the sales person assured us that it would. Installation went smoothly with no modifications necessary.

Bought a new refrigerator and stove no problems. Delivery was good. Had the stove hooked up not the refrigerator ,

I’ve saved enough money just on a couple of purchases, to pay for the annual membership fee already. Highly recommend!

Supposed to get some money back from a purchase if the price goes down, i cant wait for that to kick in..

Makes purchases amd returns much easier and convenient

When the geek squad came to install a device for me, they sold me or talked me into a new receiver for my Dolby sound system a center speaker as well. I believe it was around $800 worth of equipment. They never told me that this was “marketplace “. I had no idea that the return period was two weeks versus 60 days. When I went to return the center speaker I found out that the 14 day time period. Had lapsed about 12 hours before I arrived at Best Buy. And was non-returnable. No way know how.

Ideally, get the membership for large purchases and items that get discounted right after financing them.

I have recently made some major purchases through BB and was pleased with the service, delivery and quality of the products.

I was skeptical. I thought I was basically “sold” this membership. So I’m anger, I decided to see if I had any savings. Welp, sure enough, I was able to get $150 back!! It was also the easiest and fastest thing ever. Didn’t have to take the product with me. Just scan my phone and boom, right back to my card. Yes, you have to watch the prices in your shopping cart but it’s kinda fun!

The Salesperson who worked with me was exceptional ! Very professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. I do not remember his name, but it was an unusual name that began with the letter O. Please send him my most sincere gratitude for all of his assistance,
