A delivery off a new TV was cancelled twice … with no proactive interest from a support person. After the second rescheduling option failed, I cancelled purchasing the TV. And, the Seller appeared to view as just anotherday.”

We found a great open box deal and looked for a team member for help. Joey came over to help us plug the tv in. He stayed with us and gave great advice on brands and the different quality and types of tvs. He was super helpful. And gave us his undivided attention for over 45 minutes! Helped us pick out 2 very nice new Samsung tvs for our home. He helped make us feel confident in a quality product.

I also get $5 off coupons from time to time and you just can't beat most deals! Definitely glad I decided to upgrade memberships.

Best Buy had what I was looking for in size, color and price. The sales person was very helpful. Delivery men polite and careful with the haul away and instalation.
