I think this is one of the few retail programs that actually provides good and tangible value. It was also very well-explained by the sales associate, who was informational and clear, not pushy. With a good explanation, the program sort of sold itself.

Really appreciated the cash back price difference ($321) after a major purchase and then an additional discount of $50 on the purchase a S24+ which was on sale for $799. The total savings of $571 for a $50 investment. I also have nearly 8 months remaining on my membership.

My membership is already protecting my purchase and was extremely useful when I had issues with my Motorola phone. Charlie on the Geek Squad was very helpful and excellent to work with me to get it taken care of and get me up and running with my new Edge phone. She was able to answer all of my questions and her professional skills made this a great day for me to enjoy my purchase. Couldn't have had it any better, She's the 'Best' in Best Buy. I needed a replacement remote for my Roku tv as I misplaced mine !! I asked a clerk to send me help and James G showed up promptly & guided me to the remote I needed.. very nice & polite & is a valuable clerk at BestBuy !!!!

Bought this membership primarily for the Geek Squad, who have been awesomely supportive and honest.

Employee Zay told me about the membership and that since it’s October and I was about to spend over 500 dollars I would get 50 dollar after spending over 500 dollars. I never receive the 50 dollars in store credit. Someone help me please.

Overall very good value to us, wWis I lived closer to a store, but online is great and fast delivery!

I like Best Buy but I wish they still sold dvd ‘s However the bank that does their credit card accounts are very bad and very terrible customer service

I really enjoyed having the membership. Always first to know of sales and anything else that is going on with Best Buy. The flash sales are wonderful. I feel like the membership has been very beneficial to me. I will renew my membership when the time comes.

We purchased the membership because of discounts associated with it. Nice to have a store cater to their customers.

Very happy with the young man who helped us pick out the TV, sound system, headphones, mounting system and set up the delivery date. They didn't deliver on the scheduled date so I called. I was told there was a glitch in the system and they would have to reschedule. The person was fairly rude. Said they couldn't schedule again for 3 weeks. When we said that wasn't acceptible she said suggested a date 3 weeks after that. We said we'd cancel the $3200 order if it couldn't be delivered sooner. She made it pretty plain that she didn't care, but said she'd escalate the request and call us back. Within 30 seconds I received a text scheduling the delivery for the date we told her we'd be on a plane. So we cancelled the entire order and decided to go elsewhere for the TV and all that went with it.

I was unlucky enough to get a bad computer when I bought my new one. On the other hand, I was lucky enough to have bought it from Best Buy. They exchanged it the next day. No questions ask. Lucky for me!!
