If youre a frequent shopper, its genuinely a must have. The techs are very nice and helpful and the installers even more so!

Have not really noticed any benefit for "special pricing" as all prices reflect what other competitors are selling for. Guess the best benefit is free 2-day shipping and a 60-day return window.

Still haven't received the items I bought for my son’s Christmas present. They have left us waiting for items to be delivered with no shows plural, no calls, text or emails. I have waited on hold for hours just to be disregard and eventually disconnected when asking for a manager. Not worth your money. Add some to the overall for missed time at work waiting for delivery that will not show. Very poor rating

The membership is actually very helpful. I can track purchases, policies and new deals.

The delivery date was rescheduled twice at two week intervals. From the moment I placed the order in the store until it was delivered to my home, approximately two months passed. The original delivery schedule was 4 weeks. The product arrived in good condition without any problems. In store excellent service!, for which I give 5 stars, but for the shipping I can only give 2 stars

I personally love my Best Buy membership it’s just like my sams club membership. It has all the rewards and perks you can think of. When you have the membership you can use the geek squad, you can also have a Best Buy card and make payments on the items you want to buy now but don’t want to spend all the money right away due to having bills like I do. Personally I would tell anyone to do the membership seeing as it’s only $50 but it is totally worth it in the end!!!

I was glad to be able to use the price drop feature of the membership. When the price dropped on the MacBook Air,, the employees in the store were able to return the money on my credit card without much difficulty.. But it would be a much better feature, if it happened automatically, without my having to repeatedly go to the store to check the price for 2 months

Best Buy plus is great value for what you get. Great convenience in the fact that I had 60 days to be able to return products as well as the ability to get any items that I can’t find in store in only two days. Highly recommend any Best Buy membership if you buy any tech or variety of products.

I recently purchased a refrigerator, stove and microwave from best buy, and I couldn’t be happier. The products are fantastic exactly what I was looking for. The delivery and installation process went smoothly, and the team was professional, quick and courteous.

No hussle return. I bought my ipad in another state. It stopped working. I returned it to the Ontario, CA store and i did not have a hard time. I cant find my receipt. But it has been less than a month and I purchased the plus member. It was a good experience l.
