I plan a making several purchases per year on which my membership saves me money and I have the ability to call and get help on products I have purchased, great value.

I bought my Roku television from them and being terrible with technology, when the men delivered my t.v., they took their time in explaining everything to me. I even had to have them come out a 2nd time to help me out with it. I do all my shopping for media, appliances and and electronics at Best Buy.
