So far all good I havent had to use my protection plan . But I do recommend this to have for protection especially if you send on itens the cost over $500 .00 . You dont want to send another $500 if you dont have too if u have this protection plan.

I purchased the membership to get a price match. Then when I needed help with a refund for software, I believe the only way I got it done was because of the membership.

If you are a regular shopper the benefits definitely improve experience

So far it's only been a few weeks, so I'm not certain that it's worth it. I think I saved something with my purchase and I could have saved some more if prices had dropped the following week on black Friday.

I kinda feel like this was a waste of money. Before, we purchased the Geek Squad membership, and that was a good program. This one, not so much.

Its totally worth of getting for the price reduction during purchase of bigger items. Its important to buy in combination with products that give you large discounts by adding the membership and free delivery. I got $150 discount on my products because of purchasing membership together and i paid $50 for membership and also got $150 e-gift card with free delivery..ao i saved lot of money. Lucky with the deal.

I almost didn’t get the membership but so glad I did it really came in handy when my laptop stopped charging. I took it in to the store and they pulled up my membership and sent it off without and problem. Excellent service and no out of pocket cost for me. You also get member only pricing on other items so it’s a win win if you ask me. I would recommend it one hundred percent to any one buying any electronic.

My membership is a very good value. It does give you peace of mind when buying items especially the technical items. They are extremely patient and helped me to order on-line a smart thermostat for my church giving me an exceptional price. (You appreciate that when you didn't grow up with computers from day one!)

The Plus membership only makes sense if you buy a lot from Best Buy and if the things you buy are the ones with special Plus discounts. Unfortunately for me, I may certainly buy a more pricy item from BB every few years, but I seldom am a regular shopper. And only a very few of the items I am interested in have Plus discounts. I upgrade only when needed and not just because there is a new version out there. Also, I never buy something just because "everyone else is getting the item". If I need it, I buy it and I just don't need that much once I have the basics. Therefore, the Plus membership does me little good.

This membership has saved me a few times with my previous computer. I have no doubt that my new computer will receive the same speedy help with the membership.

We live in another country and best buy is our place to go. We love the place and everytime we go back to the US we use best buy's offers
