I I bought a membership at the same time I ordered an open box LG washing machine for my daughter. It was installed on a Thursday, but when it was first used, it sprayed water all over. A Best Buy tech came out on Saturday and said that it was not repairable. After lengthy negotiations by telephone from Europe with several Best Buy representatives about whether a "used" machine of the type I bought could be replaced on warrenty, I agreed to pay an additional $85 to have it replaced. I was not wholly satisfied with this outcome.

I've already saved more than what I paid for a year. They offer plenty of ways to increase the value with exclusive member offers and reward categories. My only regret was not paying for elite status so I could had 24month warranty and AppleCare+

Having a best buy membership allows me to get deals and order products even though there is no store in my home town. Its great to keep me up to date with all my tech needs in a remote living situation

The BestBuy salesman helped me get everything set up and helped me get the discount that was advertised.

Purchased online was easy to oder and assemble. The Soundbar has built in subwooper.

Membership paid off, I was able to save $300 on a new computer purchases a few weeks before a sale!

Worst experience ever at a retailer. These idiots told me I could sign up for a card but I’d have to buy the product then transfer the balance. After doing so and receiving my cardamom month later I was informed that Best Buy doesn’t do that. Then a month later sent me a statement for something I purchased on my debit card. When I appealed they said since it’d been so long since the “purchase” they wouldn’t do anything about it. So I was charged for the same thing twice and charged interest because they are incompetent

We love this because that have a lot of gifts and great services included, we recommended

I just became a member this year but already I’ve been enjoying the benefits of being one and I highly recommend.

There are many items on sale through the year for My Best Buy Plus members. You will make back your money immediately. I bought a membership and saved $800 on a Yamaha receiver. You can’t beat that. A couple of years ago I bought a wall oven and the membership covered the installation cost and saved me cash.

Think I got a good deal on the tv I purchased. Love the features. Had it mounted on the wall and it’s very nice. Aaron and Alicia did a wonderful job of mounting it.
