Was making a purchase and decided to get the subscription after an offer for a discount on the item with the subscription basically made the annual fee free. I was skeptical but if you are a frequent best buy shopper, some of the deals are actually incredible and well worth it. So far i have no complaints, i would recommen!

Was sold on this as black friday deals may have a better price. A lower price did cime out but I have not been able to get a refund as i cannot log into the app. I called and regardless of the time if day it says the store is closed. I used text tech support and they said they cannot reaet my log in. I have had no lucknreaching a human. I was out of town when the price reduction was posted so unable to go to the store. I feel this is not worth it, if i can i will retun the laptop and buy on Dell site.

The members deal is actually pretty nice. I have benny buddha snatched.Some really good deals by having this membership. I also get a peace of mind that I get extra days to return something in case it does not work for me.

My last purchase was a laptop computer, bought the membership at that time. I don't really know what the membership does for me so I can't really comment on it.

I didn’t feel like the membership was much value overall. Many of the things I used to buy at Best Buy on a regular basis are no longer offered, or are very limited, like movies and video games. I think I only went in the store 2 or 3 times the whole year, and was disappointed by the stock each time, which also meant that I made very few purchases. It’s hard to recoup your money spent on the membership when the store doesn’t have anything you want to buy. It does seem to help with larger purchases though, and if you’re planning on buying an appliance, it would likely be worthwhile to get the membership and wait for a sale.

Wonderful service! I called to preorder a game for my grandson’s birthday and I was assured he’d receive it on the actual release day. And he did!!! Over the Moon. I love being a member and appreciate all their knowledge and help!

If you constantly buy stuff in best buy is good. If you do the B2G1 then its iffy. They do that now 1 time per year. For that alone, probably not worth it.

I liked so much the cost of benefit of being a membership because I receive the promotions first before releasing to the other consumers of Best Buy and the promotion! And when I see how much I've bought before and I could have saved! But now I don't have this problem when I want something, the first site I consult is best buy and my membership

Who doesn’t want to get membership prices! There is so much to learn about the differences between the TV models how do you know what you are buying without the help of the staff there? They are great breaking it down for you.

I bought this with a gift card to Best Buy I received from my health insurance company. So far I've not used any benefits. I see now that I really need the more expensive one to get true benefits.

I feel this membership is a very good value because members are alerted to upcoming sales first. We're offered members-only deals, too, and exclusive member prices. With the money I save, it more than pays for itself.
