I absolutely love my plus membership it gives me reassurance on what im buying and plus they have the geek squad to make sure whatever you buy stays in tip top shape especially if something breaks. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and it's nice to feel like they actually care in what i want to buy instead of what they want me to buy.

There's really no benefit to joining these memberships at Best Buy since the only applicable bonuses are early releases and if you want to get early releases most other retailers are less costly. Furthermore, the associates will lie to you and tell you that buying the mid tier membership gets you a gift card worth the price of membership off your next purchase. Not so, it is off your next $500 purchase, which again you'd be better off getting better or more for your money at a different retailer. additionally the gift card offer is not applicable to the purchase of any mobile related purchase. No phones, tablets, smart watches, warranties, or accessories. The top tier membership is supposed to include AppleCare+ but again, the associates will tell you after the fact that it doesn't apply to any current or mobile purchases.

I love the perks for sure; already worth it. I was told I would get a $50 credit for joining at the time I did, but staff seems to struggle in knowing how it works or the timing.
