earbuds are good especially the multi touch controls only the problem ear sensors are sensitive need properly inserted in your ear for connections and app software unstable, hope next software upgrade would fix it

Tv works great but thr bottom left corner is separating. Label on the box had excellent condition and sales rep said they checked it and it had no flaws...but saw this immediately upon pulling it out of the box

To be honest, I didn't feel that this would be a good purchase. But the membership paid for itself in two weeks after I bought my Sony Bravia. The price of the TV that I purchased dropped by $100 two weeks after I purchased it. I had ZERO issues with obtaining at price match through customer service. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially if you make an expensive purchase.
