It isn't great for me, i don't use the extra features enough to outweigh the yearly cost! But it saved money on my tv purchase. But if your buying a lot and will continue to do so, it will be very worthwhile

Unfortunately, I was enrolled in a My Best Buy Plus membership on the basis of misleading information provided by a sales person. The membership allowed me to save on a purchase, but I had explicitly asked whether it was a commitment and whether it had a default auto-renewal schedule. I was told that it did not auto-renew, which it does. I was left feeling misled and disappointed. I have set a calendar reminder to cancel prior to the auto-renewal date.

When I replaced my HP Envy laptop I was offered a Best Buy +Membership. Now I have been able to order Ink for my printer when I need it and get free shipping AND I was able to apply money back from the membership for my order. So convenient for me to order on my new lap-top that I bought with my new credit card.

It's great to know if there's a problem I can call and get help.

I had this for about 2 years i justcancelled it to upgrade to the total me.bership. i highly recommend. Either is totally worth it. Great customer service. I always buy tech stuff from Best buy.

Customer service at BB has been pleasant. Although merchandise was damaged, accommodations to replace were satisfactory.

I had to use my plan to fix my computer, and it was incredibly reassuring to know that Best Buy would handle the repairs if my laptop needed fixing. Having that peace of mind made the process much less stressful.

I purchased it with my open box phone to extend the warranty. It's affordable and offers me peace of mind!

Membership is good and gives access to special financing for larger items. Was better when there was not an annual fee.

Decent value if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy. The truth is that I was ordering a highly sought after item and the online agent would not send the invoice for this item unless I purchased my Best Buy plus. Canceling is easy enough, again there is value if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy.

This was a real value and offered many perks beyond the great service I always have got from Best Buy over the last 20 years. The whole process front start to finish is made so easy for us
