Better price as a plus member but not able to utilize the price match guarantee for every transaction. Purchased 3 separate items and received price match on 2 items but not the third. Was told cannot price match bundled offer but the bundle included a gift card which was not worth as much as the price was lowered to.

On 5-27-2025 I purchased a TV, A base, and setup for 949.67. I was told that for $50. I could get a Best Buy membership that would be refunded on my credit card in about 2 weeks. I did not get a refund. I tried to contact customer service and I was put on hold transferred and disconnected. I did a YELP review because I feel that I was misrepresented and customer service did not handle my problem. Karen H was the sales person.

My Best Buy plus membership is worth the small fee that I paid for it. I receive discounts on items that I buy and occasionally receive $5 off of items that I was going to buy anyway without a discount.
