The item worked perfectly. However, the package was left out in the rainstorm rather than being put on our covered porch. Thankfully, the inner box was only damp. Please encourage your delivery team to take the extra few steps to place items where they will be protected.

I didn't think this would be worth it, but saving over 150$ on 2 play station 5's changed my mind. Best buy was able to price match the black friday offers and I saved a ton!

Getting the Best Buy Total membership is the smartest thing you can ever do. Everything you buy there is covered with a 1-yr warranty, as long as you keep up you membership. It pays for itself. The benefits are too huge to mention here. Look on BB .com or go on a store and ask about it.

You can get a lot of discounts and a lot of nice things and you get a lot of money off your items and it’s amazing 10/10 reccomend

Sales agent from corporate office after hours waqs great and went out of the way to make it happen. Agent at Frisco store was great! He nas well went out if the away t0o find my already purchased Apple computer.

Overall it is a good deal. Members should be able to hold on to our points and be able to use them when we want or at least have them last for a year.

Terrible! Best Buy doesnt even answer their phone anymore. I called my local store in California to schedule a stereo speaker repair. I was routed to India, then to another call Center in Illinois. 7 minutes later they said they have no way to access the local store but I could stop by around 330pm and they MIGHT be able to get me in for service. A year ago I bought a washer dryer from best buy. It took 4 tries to install the washer dryer. They made a mistake and several days later I noticed water inder my bathroom tiles. Best buy dis NOTHING to rectify the situatiom. They blamed the outsourced install teams, and since there were four, they all blamed each other. I ended up having my homeowners insurance take care of it. Half of my hardwood dloors had to be replaced, all of my belongings had to be removed and placed in storage. It was about $20k in damages. BestBuy isn't good anymore! Cancelling membership! Dont ever trust their installers!! Hire a plumber or just install it yourself
